Played phone tag with provider but once reached received decent service

The job went well.

They did an excellent job.

They came out within a week of purchasing the big deal. They went and checked it out right away and got a new replacement hot water heater. They got it in there pretty quickly, within a couple of days of calling them. What stood out the most about them was their timeliness. As far as using the deal, I don't think they actually applied the deal to the rate. They just quoted me what they called a discounted rate.

The team was very professional and advised me ahead of time what the estimated price would be with the Angie's deal before starting the work.  He was teaching what appeared to be his apprentice what the issue was and how to fix it.  It was very comforting to know that he knew exactly what he was talking about.  
Would definitely rely on them again in the future.  

They were very professional and extremely prompt. They came on time and they stayed until they fixed everything. I would highly recommend them and referred them to another friend. They got the job done in about 5 hours. They left for a little bit to get all the tools they needed and brought back an assistant with him. They came back after hours to replace the garbage disposal.

T. McCalls service was wonderful.  They made me feel very comfortable having them in my home and they went about their business in a very professional way and took care of my leaky pipe in short order.  I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of plumbing service.  They were professional and even though I am no expert I believe their pricing is very reasonable.

Good.  When I explained the problem initially I used the wrong terms so it took a little longer then normal so the electrician had to wait for parts but it wasn't a long wait.  Once he had the outlets he was done in a few minutes.

$275 It went well. He was very professional. He had a little trouble getting the right part but was able to replace it. I had broken part of the pipe below the sink.

After some, shall we say, miscommunication, we finally connected.  Tyrone came out on a Saturday morning--I was told between 7 and 7:30, so I was ready by 7, and he showed up around 7:45, but he called when he was 15 minutes away--and took a look at 4 plumbing issues.  The main thing he did was to get the heater working.  That was great.  I had just bought the house and had never actually used the heater, so that was important.  He gave me some good advice on 2 other projects and a quote to fix another project.  He charged me $120, of which I had already paid $49 through Angie's List, so I was left wondering what that $49 actually did for me.

One thing I really liked was that Tyrone called me a few hours later to see if the heater was still working.  I really appreciated that.
