In this case, I feel the need to share my positive experience with Callaway Corporation since this is uncommon in my area, especially with contractors. I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Callaway definitely exceeded my expectations with customer service, workmanship, and level of professionalism. I would not hesitate to call on Callaway Corporation for any future needs."

Kyle came out and did an inspection and recommended I replace my roof because he found a lot more damage while up there than I could see from the ground. He took a video and showed me all the damage on my roof and provided me with an estimate that day. Their price was extremely competitive so we chose them and they were out the following week!
