Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Rob made an appointment for his employee Greg to come over to my house to assess the power washing job on my 3 story cedar shake home. Gregg was very professional and discussed having to use a lift on my house because if itâ s height. Also he informed me that none of my spring plant buds that were peeking up would be stepped on & also a board would be used under the lift equipment so no tire tracks would be left on my lawn. When the crew of 4 men showed up on schedule they were professionally dressed in their uniforms which were waterproof jackets that not only had the company logo on the back, but the main theme was our MD state flag.
