Callaway came by promptly and quickly determined that it was not in fact the roof but rather windows (improperly installed by the prior owner) that were the issue. He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet). Communication was excellent throughout the process and he was very professional at all time. When we do need a new roof in a handful of year, he'll be the first call."

Economy Restoration will also provide a Quality Control person to go up on the roof for the final inspection, which really gives us a secure feeling.
