Callaway came by promptly and quickly determined that it was not in fact the roof but rather windows (improperly installed by the prior owner) that were the issue. He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet). Kyle came out and did an inspection and recommended I replace my roof because he found a lot more damage while up there than I could see from the ground. He took a video and showed me all the damage on my roof and provided me with an estimate that day. Their price was extremely competitive so we chose them and they were out the following week!
