The price I paid in the end was the price he quoted me, no surprises. The crew worked very hard during hot weather to install my split rail fence and it looks beautiful. He kept me informed during the process of when we was ordering materials or when something didn't go as planned; however, the project finished on time despite some bad weather. Many other fence contractors I contacted either gave me very high quotes or poor customer service. Some didn't even return my calls! I highly recommend Brad from Breathtaking Homes."

He explains in detail how the project will be done - what has to be in county code, materials to be used, and the entire construction process- step by step. Brian has integrity. His work ethic about the quality of products he will use. We worked together on the design of the final project. The original project expanded into a 3 season room with sliding doors, a paver patio, and an outside shower with stepping stones walkway from a screened porch. The pricing is very fair."
