In this case, I feel the need to share my positive experience with Callaway Corporation since this is uncommon in my area, especially with contractors. I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. She attended the adjuster inspection, documented everything, and worked with Grand Exteriors’ project manager to help us secure approval for a full roof replacement after State Farm initially pushed back. Ari brought samples to our home, helped us choose CertainTeed Landmark ClimateFlex shingles in Burnt Sienna, and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. The roof looks beautiful, the crew was careful with our landscaping, and cleanup was excellent.
