"Katherine, you don't even know and I certainly can’t express how amazing every person of the Callaway Construction Company has been from the first day of receiving the initial call to set up the estimate, the crew, to this message I received from you to finish business. This entire experience has been like no other and that is something to be proud of as an employee of the company and as the owner of the business. I can tell you I'm terrible at getting multiple estimates because as a business owner I believe that if you give me a price for the work requested then that is the price I shall pay for your skill, experience and your word that you are going to follow through and perform exactly as you sold it to me and I can say that Mr Callaway has exceeded in every way my expectations of being a stand up and replicable business owner. I was not present during any of the delivery of materials or construction and I had not one worry in the world because I can tell you every neighbor had given me one update after another and expressed to me everyday how amazing the entire project was going, and I could feel genuine happiness with every word they spoke through messages and phone calls. As I finally arrive in Delaware a week after construction of the new roof I’m met one by one by surrounding neighbors in excitement for me to see the roof and to hear my thoughts. I would give this business a hundred starts and that would times by 10 if the neighbors that contacted me with positive feedback would all leave a review. I highly recommend Callaway Construction for all your construction needs. Katherine is the most amazing person and a true delight to work with. This project consisted of a new roof being built over an existing flat roof. Materials included trusses, metal roofing panels, soffit, siding, etc."

"I was really impressed with the experience working with Spicer Brothers for a new roof on a home built in 1994 that has hardly seen any improvements. Every step from the estimator through the installation went smoothly. When I met Dwayne on the job he was friendly, informative and helpful. His crew worked steadily and were finished well ahead of the estimated completion time. "Bright Side gets a 5 star rating. They had good reviews from a few people I knew in the area. They have very fast, professional and courteous workers and used high quality GAF roofing rated for 50 years and 130 Mile per hour winds. The roof looked great. Roof replacement was completed quickly and professionally in one day. The crew did a good job of cleaning up the old shingles. They also used a large wheeled magnet to retrieve the fallen nails from the old roof around the house. I do my own lawn and shrubbery maintenance and nothing was damaged. I also have grand children who play around the house and in my shrubbery. Not having to watch for nails was a great relief. I was told that this crew was one of their best and fastest. That was very reassuring. They replaced bad porch roof rafters and plywood roofing as I requested with Matt, the site manager. They did a good job. No leaks in several two day rain periods. The entire roof Fascia was removed and changed to PVC board fascia by the Bright Side carpenters at my request. I furnished the PVC Fascia to replace the aging wood Fascia that would no longer hold the gutter nails or a paint job. I am getting too old to enjoy these house painting joys. The Bright Side carpenters did a professional job installing the new PVC Fascia. I was pleasantly surprised in that at no additional cost, the carpenters used special screws to attach the fascia boards instead of nails making the installation more solid. The old gutters were extremely long and difficult to remove to replace the Fascia. The backs of the longer gutters were no longer straight. Looking at them with Dave the Manager, I decided to replace the gutters as he recommended. Re-use of the old gutters would cause leaks and streaks on the new very white Fascia boards. I am pleased I decided to also replace the gutters. Brand new white gutters on brand new white PVC fascia boards made the house look sharp giving great contrast under the new roof. I almost do not recognize the old house. It looks so new."

"I contacted Grand Exteriors because I noticed I had shingles missing from a recent storm. Kyle came out and did an inspection and recommended I replace my roof because he found a lot more damage while up there than I could see from the ground. He took a video and showed me all the damage on my roof and provided me with an estimate that day. Their price was extremely competitive so we chose them and they were out the following week! Completed my project in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Grand Exteriors, their professionalism and customer service is unmatched."

"Jordan Taylor was our rep and did an outstanding of explaining the entire process to us, including how to submit the roof replacement to insurance due to a wind storm. He was super responsive for every question, and he personally got our HOA approval, then walked it through the town govt to get the permit! On the day of installation, his team worked efficiently and quickly, and our roof was completed by late afternoon, including full and thorough cleanup. Jordan came back the next day to walk the property to make sure all garbage was picked up. Economy Restoration will also provide a Quality Control person to go up on the roof for the final inspection, which really gives us a secure feeling. Our roof is amazing, along with the entire process and the pricing is very fair. I highly recommend Jordan and Economy Restoration!"
