I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late.
