"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

Their recommendation was not to just fill in the cracks, as others suggested, but to also reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation with a solid steel plate bolted over the repaired crack. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised. "Dave came out to give me an estimate on fixing what I was hoping was down 3 ft dig, after explaining my options I chose to go all the way down 6 ft and I was happy that I had. Alex the owner and his crew came out, they dug out the foundation, showed me where the cracks were and came back the next day to finish fixing the cracks installing the waterproof barrier, regrading and filling in the trench. They were professional, on time and amazing to deal with. When they left you would not have known they had been there except for the lack of grass on that side of the house.
