"Hi Hannah, we take customer safety and feedback very seriously and we're sorry to learn about your family's health issues. We want to address a few key points from your review of our services: Dust Management: as discussed before and during your project, the work required to remove the mold from your home would generate a significant amount of dust and debris as we had to remove several layers of sheet rock from the basement to successfully remove the mold that was present. You may remember this conversation when we required your family to wear PPE masks when entering the home while work was being performed. We always do our best to clean up as much as possible and apologize if any of the dust came as a surprise. We understand the clean-up didn't meet your expectations, which is why we sent out a cleaning service free of charge after our work was complete. Health Concerns: while we understand the seriousness of your family's health issues, our previous conversations with the homeowners explained why our materials and processes wouldn't have caused these specific medical conditions. Solution Performance: We're pleased to hear the solution we provided is working well. We apologize if the shortened timeline led to any misunderstandings about the completion of work. As standard practice, we always let our customers know how long the project could take (and are happy to finish early) so they can fully prepare in case the time required ends up being on the longer side of our estimate.
