"For my understanding as a master technician, I spoke with couple LG technician if they come there, refill your compressor without checking the leaks. It’s only less six months. That’s why I do not perform compressor refill or change compressor and most of the people got the compressor we feel With fixing the leak. They hand up shut down after six months and I did provide her all the option I said it will cost you that amount of money to fill your compressor too; before you refill the compressor you got a vacuum the compressor. I don’t do all that work and I just told her she can’t get a new compressor so she can get a new refrigerator because those work if you do, we fill it without Vacuum it it won’t let you six months because they still a leak on that unit. I’m not a bookie. I’m a master Technician. I know well quite well about refrigeration. Thank you."

"I Call you about what happened yesterday, but I would like to apologize, but it still not right for you to give me a bad. I did work very hard in that project. I did most of the job. Everything was professionally. Everything was done with responsibility. Only thing I forgot to remove the unit in front of your house. I know you did call me, but I was so I was in on a lot of things going on. I would say I will try to get back with you today so I could get one of my technician to come pick it up, but I did not charge you to dispose of the unit. I charge you to remove the unit from this position was when we move it and wire the unit not disposal. Please give me a call back. It’s very important. I want to results this matter."
"Customer was very disappointed. The reason why he didn’t want to spend no more money to get the unit situated. he had was outdated and I give him most of the discount either decide to not repair the unit based on my understanding his unit is off the stock and all my Technician. We couldn’t do better than let them know that was the last try And I don’t know why he decided to give us a two star because we did our best at his unit is not up-to-date enough in the Company can do too much about it because I explain to him the other possibility to repair the unit you refuse to take the proposal. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], I was the one job for another technician to cover up for him. Handled he’s deal Mr. [Member Name Removed] and he had a major leak after couple days later the job was done on the same day in a couple days and now my statement I gave him the contract if you have any problem, just give me a call I’ma come to fix it. Because he does have a 30 days warranty, but he chose to fixit him. He didn’t call the service to fix the leak. He ended up doing it himself and then he was p***** off as for his money back because cannot give him the money back to fact he was on the contract. I did my job and I give him the warranty on the job. I told him if you need any help just give us a call. Will come to fix it. he feels like he was overpay but nothing could do about it and I said if you need my help, just give me a call I’ll come in and fix the phone so I don’t need your I just want my money back and I told him there’s a price because you didn’t call for service and I do give you a warranty and we need to make a decision about this case.
