The technician was very polite and seemed to know his job well. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not able to be repaired after the technician checked it out. The compressor was not working and we thought that it was not cost affective to have it repaired, so we opted to purchase a new refrigerator. Roosevelt was very honest in telling us not to spend the extra money even if it had a new compressor because the refrigerator possibly could malfunction down the road.

The contractor was to repair my refrigerator he did clean it and I paid $245.00 he then told me it would be another $500.00 at that point I told him that I would buy a new one but he insisted that he could fix it so we settled on $300.00 for parts. He came back and put the part in. The next day I called him to tell him that it still wasn't working and he explained that I may need a motor. As I said I was willing to buy a new refrigerator. So now I am out $545.00 and a broken refrigerator. I will be contacting my credit card company to get part of my money back. I also will be filing complain with the Better Business Bureau against this contract and your company for recommending this sub par contractor. Also the only thing he seemed to be concern about was his review on Angi.

Roosevelt did a wonderful job. I had repairs done on Samsung electric touch screen dryer. Roosevelt was on time, professional, and courteous. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Roosevelt to others. Thank you so much
