Shawn's Handyman Service, LLC.Shawn was very professional. Toke his time to not to destroy my flower beds. Repainted my exterior doors to a new color that match the original color of when we first got the doors. Before leaving the job he toke his time to make sure all trash was picked up and the furniture was back in the was. He was very prompt and professional when talking to him on the phone and in person. Diamond State ContractorsI totally would recommend this company. Terry and his crew were punctual, neat and professional. They showed up when they were supposed too. The job took a few days to complete and the finished garage looks wonderful. New roof, windows, new doors, power washed cinderblock, painted it and built a stoop to keep the rain water from washing in. Did more than I can remember. Also helped with some things needing attention on the house. They were very polite, and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely would and will call on Diamond State again. Thank you Terry and crew. Ortiz Power Washing LLCOh my word, I hired them to power wash my desk railings and we have a lot of them. Three guys showed up, all pleasant and professional, they must have spent all afternoon working on my railings. I thought it would take an hour at most, but no, they went to town, power washing everything in sight, my umbrella that had mildew on it, the decks, other fence areas, etc. they just took it upon themselves to get the whole place cleaned up. And at the price they initially quoted me. There was not a spot of dirt or grime left. I have never before seen such an amazing job being done. They used ladders, ropes, bent over railings, went upside down on the railings, sideways, from the back and the front, got every bit of dirt off. I wish I had photos but I am not there now. The railings had mildew and were all green, it it spotless, all white now. I can’t thank them enough, you will be very pleased using them, I promise you. Thank you Ortiz, see you again next year! Spoke to Shawn about 2 months ago. Explained what I wanted done at my condo at the beach. We made an appointment for 3/27/21. Made it clear I would be coming in to town just for a couple days to go over the job with him and that he could complete the work as he had time by getting the keys from the rental company. Provided the address and everything was good to go. Fast forward to this weekend. I come to town. I contact Shawn by phone and text the morning of our appointment to confirm for 12. Several hours later I get a response at 1145 by text saying he can't make it, another job is running over. I respond asking if he can come by sometime before I head home in a few days. I don't hear back till the next day and he tells me, no that he can't make it and that he was under the impression I was in a different location and that they don't service my area. This is odd because my location is in my angi request and when we spoke I told him where the condo is located. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the fact I drove down 3 hours just to meet him and got blown off. I was encouraged by the reviews I read, but my experience has been very different.
