"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised. "Dave came out to give me an estimate on fixing what I was hoping was down 3 ft dig, after explaining my options I chose to go all the way down 6 ft and I was happy that I had. Alex the owner and his crew came out, they dug out the foundation, showed me where the cracks were and came back the next day to finish fixing the cracks installing the waterproof barrier, regrading and filling in the trench. They were professional, on time and amazing to deal with. When they left you would not have known they had been there except for the lack of grass on that side of the house.
