"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. I appreciate his sincerity in advising us to use a handyman or similar service to replace the cabinet since his company focused more on the restoration and cleanup and our need for those services was minimal and would be more costly.  I also appreciate that he tested a few other areas in our home where we had had previous leaks to test for moisture and water damage.
