While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! "KJS showed up about 30 minutes after we called them and went right to work putting up air-movers and a huge dehumidifier. They removed the carpet padding that was soaked and checked for any additional damage that could have been caused by the water. Three days later they removed the drying equipment and returned a week after that to do the carpet repair and cleaning. They were always professional and easy to reach in case of questions. KJS was conscientious enough to recommend not getting the carpet fixed and cleaned on an extremely rainy day because they said it would take a long time to dry. I appreciated their concern. The carpet looks/smells great and there is no hint of mold in the basement. I would call them again without hesitation if needed."
