However, he was so helpful on the phone and I was so impressed with the reviews on his site that I kept him in mind when it came to the interior repair work. He was very patient with us in scoping out the project (we kept adding things to it) and was extremely flexible in working within our budget. His workmanship was excellent, especially the trim around the bay window. We left it up to him to find something that matched our existing trims and he customized a few pieces to make it very nice. Overall it took longer than we'd anticipated to get it all completed, but part of that has to do with our wait on the insurance estimate. Definitely give him a call."
