"For weeks, we were getting less and less water from our faucets. Finally, we were down to a dispiriting trickle. A first visit from Garrity did not resolve the issue. When, concerned, I called back several days later, they immediately dispatched Joe and Cody, who arrived w/n 15 min. They probed deeply to find out the cause, discovering a cracked pipe and failing well pump, dating from about 30 years ago. They installed a new pump and new well cap up to current code and ensured that the water coming from the well was bacteria-free. This am, Joe was back by 8 am to show us how to flush all chlorine residues from our system and explain what he had done. Joe was determined, undaunted and kept at it until he found the cause of the inadequate water pressure--despite the late evening hour yesterday. His explanations were informative, clear every step of the way and helped us understand what was going on. He was patient, amiable and very good at what he does. Thank you Joe, Cody and Garrity!"

"After Garrity refused to repair the (very) expensive damage they negligently caused to the heating element in the water pipe providing water to my home, I had to sue. Don?t trust them. Don?t hire them. Don?t go near them. If you think they are the gold standard, as I did, just ask other professionals in the same business. Beware, stay away from them."

"We needed to replace our water treatment system and were intending to use the same manufacturer combination of products that we originally installed 20 years ago. After much research and obtaining new water tests we went to Angi’s list to find someone to do the installation. There we met Jim from JM Water Solutions and are we glad we did!! We ended up with a different array of products that offered the same results yet require less maintenance. And the system was about 2/3 the price. Jim was very patient while we made our decision. Once we decided to go with his products we were impressed with his attentiveness, team and follow-up. He is available to discuss any questions you have at a minute’s notice. "Tim the owner was excellent with his knowledge of water softeners. I had a system in place when I purchased my house. It was a Mickey Moused setup with a timer that was in the way of the tank replenishment water hose. Tim looked at the system and completely rebuilt it in one day. Brand new timer, brand new resin, and replaced the well pressure tank. Very happy with his work and wife is even happier we don’t have hard water anymore. I also had Tim do work at a rental property I own. It was a Sunday morning and my renters called me up stating the bathroom sink is backing up and slowly draining. I went over thinking it was a blockage in the trap but the trap was clear. This was something deeper in the pipe. I called Tim and he came right over, mind you this was a Sunday morning before church. He snaked the pipe and found a mass of hair and debris surrounding a bobby-pin. I had a tenant two years prior that wore bobby-pins daily. Definitely from her!!!! Tim is very knowledgeable about plumbing and I would not hesitate calling him for help when I’m in a bind. Matter of fact…….if you are reading this Tim, I could have my well water pump changed!!! Give me a call…….."
