While other companies spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with my system and after much money spent on â fixesâ , Eastern Water found a small piston dysfunction and the fix was simple and not expensive. I plan to switch to them for my routine maintenance. Additionally, they were responsive, efficient and reliable. The service person was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

They were extremely helpful when on site for the initial project review and quote preparation. They patiently answered my many questions and were honest about what was necessary and what would be a "nice to have". I did have to follow up a few times for the final quote but their price was extremely competitive and I did use them for the job which was installed with minimal disruption to normal household life.

My review would have been 5 stars if they had kept to the scheduled appointment time. My appointment time slot was 8:30 - 10:30 am, and the service technician showed up at 3:30 pm. Apparently, there was some sort of emergency service outage, which took priority, and I guess I understand that, but still, instead of taking a half day off from work, it cost me a full vacation day. My bad luck, I guess.

A TERRIBLE DAY WAS TURNED AROUND BY THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A PLACE WHERE REAL PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONES AND IF IT'S 5PM THEIR DAY ISN'T OVER. EVERYTHING WAS THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED BEFORE THEY STARTED, AND THERE WAS NO HIDDEN COSTS OR AGENDA'S. A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END.
