" The technician came on time and was very courteous. Looked at my shower-tub faucet and checked it thoroughly. Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. It took several hours, but money well spent. Excellent job and did the cleaning of the bathroom too. I recommended this company and the technician as always. Great job, look as new."

When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it."
