"While other companies spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with my system and after much money spent on â fixesâ , Eastern Water found a small piston dysfunction and the fix was simple and not expensive. "Ralph was awesome!!! Friendly, knowledgable and heartfelt. My well pump stopped working 11:30 PM on a Saturday Night, Ralph replaced my well pump on Sunday. The the same day I posted the request. My well pump and pressure tank was twenty years old. I learned a lot too! He answered all my questions from my YouTube research. He walked me through the process and let me know what was going on.
