Guy gave a quick estimate and worked quickly with me to reduce the cost by eliminating some of the trim in the estimate as I indicated I can easily paint myself plus it didn't really need painting. Workers were prompt and left the rooms very clean and tightly tied up the trash. The house is empty so the job only took two days. I definitely will use Gagnon again.

Great. Took doors and fronts to shop to spray. Rest done in place including all trim. About 2 weeks. Kitchen is completely transformed!

Most the walls were painted in a day. The cabinet doors were removed and taken to the shop to be spray painted. The cabinet bases were painted in place. All was done in a timely fashion.

Excellent work performed professionally, these painters came on time and worked till the job was completed. We chose the colors and they brought the paint, they were able to move some of the larger pieces of furniture so they could paint.

Guy Gagnon, owner, responded to our phone call quickly. He evaluated the job and provided a reasonable price and, I asked him if he could do this job within the next ten days!!! The crew of Rick, Lee and Jose did the job 5 days ahead of time!!!!
The is a crew of seasoned painters, very polite, efficient, very neat and provided all the hard labor of moving furniture. I would have them back in a minute. They should be rated AAA+++++

We couldn't be happier with the results. There was a lot of work to be done including scraping off old, peeling paint. They did an excellent job, I wish we did it years ago; the results are so nice and clean.

All of this was supposed to be done while we were away. Couldn't wait to see my refinished cabinets when we walked in after a week and was shocked that the work had not been finished. Wall painting had been done and I know a dark paint against a white ceiling might be a challenge, but, come on, should not be a problem for a professional painter.Called the owner who admitted it could be better. So it was redone. As for the cabinets, "something came up."
The owner was polite and responsive, but I expected perfection from a company with his reputation. Maybe we were a "small job" compared to some of the big time homes he works on (which he mentioned more than once).
Eventually the cabinets were done, but sadly, after 6 months, they don't look much better.
So if you are building a McMansion, you might be OK, but if you are a small job, you may be last in line and the painting crew might be grade B.

"I'm surprised to see this negative review after 9 months have passed. Even still, if you have a problem with our work I need to know about this because I am always pleased to address any customer concerns. Our job was to clean and apply a fresh coat of varnish over the existing cabinet finish and paint the ceilings. The work was done while you were away. The only thing we did upon your return was some minor touch up. I did exactly as promised and you told us you were satisfied at the time of payment. As a note to any who read our response to this review, Gagnon Painting & Decorating is known for doing what we promise. If you read all our reviews you will find a more balanced viewpoint and consistent reports to verify our ability to deliver large and small interior and exterior painting projects neatly and on time."

He was on time, work was completed on time and the work was perfect. He instructed his crew on the proper way to install the stone. It looks wonderful today, nothing went wrong. I have recommended him to other people that are as satisfield as I am.

O.K. Did a fine job on difficult area very professional but worked very fast , was done in half the time expected. Left some easy areas not rinsed. Didn't pay that kind of money to rinse vendor work.

"First, I want to thank you for letting us wash the exterior of your home. For those reading this review, our price was 375.00 but the reviewer incorrectly put 4375.00 making it sound extremely overpriced for a simple power-wash job. You walked around and approved the finished work before releasing payment. Could you have noticed some "easy" low areas days later, after completion, which the rainstorm caused some new dirt splashed onto the siding? At any rate, you should have called us so we could we explain or correct your issue and be completely satisfied, which is our goal for all customers."

I received a prompt call-back on my request for an estimate. This was followed up with a timely in person visit by the owner to review what needed to be done. He was very thorough in explaining my options and very honest in telling me about their workload and when he would be able to fit my house into their schedule. He was also very prompt in getting back to me with a detailed estimate. Ultimately, he was able to start a week earlier than planned which worked out well. Both the powerwashing and painting crew sent were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. Clean-up was outstanding on a daily basis. I have received many compliments on how nice my new paint job looks. Would definitely use this company again.
