Huge shoutout to Justin, and Jose and his crew at Rhino-Back Roofing! From the very first conversation with Troy, Kellsey and Grace to the final clean-up, they were total pros. Justin, the Field Manager, was super easy to work with, honest, responsive, and no BS, which I really appreciated. The team showed up on time, worked their butts off, and did an amazing job on my new roof. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work, which is rare these days. They left everything spotless, too, no stray nails or mess left behind. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s reliable, skilled, and just genuinely good people, go with Rhino-Back. 1000% Rhino Back Roofing did an AMAZING job!!! Hire them...you will NOT be disappointed at all!!! Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire roofing project completed by Rhino Back Roofing. I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. Something we only do once every 30-40 years or so. I will ALWAYS refer Rhino Back Roofing to ANYONE who is need of a roof replacement/installation. I was blown away by how good this company was. They did everything they said they would including working with my insurance company. I was delighted with all of the work they did. they not only replaced the roof but also fixed the plaster ceiling in the downstairs bedroom that had been damaged due to a leak in the old roof. Very professional, trustworthy really great communicators.

I was impressed by the quality of the materials to be used, I compared with two other roofers. The pricing was slightly higher but worth it. No damage to house or plantings. Very organized crew...house was done in one day. This is compare to my neighbor who used someone else and it took a week. The roof looks amazing and I cant believe there isnt one nail anywhere!!!

Rhino-Back's price and professionalism at every stage of the process went so far beyond expectations that I can't come up with an adjective that adequately describes them. Rhino-Back's field manager on the job told me that they are trying to change the reputation of contractors. That might be impossible to do, but they clearly distinguish themselves. Each person I dealt with made it very clear that their goal was to make us happy and that they would do everything that they reasonably could to make that happen. I came to Rhino-Back after researching roof shingles for a few months to learn which I felt were the best quality for the money. The Owens Corning Duration was tied for my top choice. I then researched OC's recommended installers. I was initially reticent to consider Rhino-Back, as I constantly see their signs on many lawns in our town, and was scared that they were over extended. I called them as one of three installers from whom I sought blind quotes. They beat the other two installers by thousands of dollars and the professionalism of their salesperson overcame my hesitancy. The crew arrived as advertised, removed our old roof, installed the new one, and did a thorough cleaning all over the course of a day. They appear to be an equal opportunity employer and almost half the crew were women. The field manager then walked the job with me and the next day, a gentleman arrived to do a second cleaning looking for anything the crew may have missed including roofing nails and then blew off the driveway. While I'm no roof expert and the ultimate test is how it holds up, the work appeared to be very professional, including a beautiful weave of the shingles in a valley on the roof. We were provided with a good initial test as the remnants of Hurricane Ida passed by yesterday and there's no sign of any problems in our attic or elsewhere. Heck, even Brenda in their business office with whom I was paying off the job was a pleasure to deal with. While I hope to never need another roof, if I did, I'd be using them again and I'd recommend them without reservation.

It went very well. It only took one day and they came back the next day to make sure every nail was cleaned up. The noticed I had a pool so the took extra time to go around the pool and the walk way to the pool with a big magnet to be sure all nails were picked up. I would definitely recommend them. From the first phone call to the last very nice and helpful people.

We are so impressed by RhinoBack roofing and it all started with my initial phone call to the office (Lisa) to schedule an estimate. Initially Ed came to our home and spent a reasonable amount of time talking about our options, pricing and quality of products. We enjoyed his professionalism and gave us confidence in spending our money with this company. We had a lot of different jobs including interior water damage repair which we had to go through our home owners insurance. The insurance claim team with Rhinoback (Stephanie, Glenn, Brenda) was supportive, knowledgeable and assisted us in speaking with our insurance company to ensure all work needed was addressed. The team who came to fix our interior damage was so professional and efficient, with the job completed in 4 days. The roof replacement team (Melissa, Luis and team) arrived on time the day of installation and stayed until the job was completed in 1 day. this team stayed late to pick up all remaining debris and Luis was back early the next morning to oversee another clean up, go over our new roof and ensure our satisfaction. We would highly recommend RhinoBack roofing not only for an impressive roof replacement/installation but also if there are insurance claims needed. We are so happy with the final product inside and out!

Salesman Zack sat down with us prior to signing contract. Said that if any ply wood that was rotted on the roof needed to be replaced they would take a picture of it first then her homeowners approval before replacing. Rhino back completed the roof. We assumed no ply wood needed to be replaced as we never saw any pictures or approved of any replacement. Sure enough we get a bill for ply wood. When addressed with the company they denied Zack ever saying that. I spoke with the hack that claimed to be the second in charge at Rhinoback. He was rude and less than helpful denying Zack said that and that we would be in breach of contract. We then got harassed with emails from Rhinoback demanding ply wood payment. Until we sent them a screen shot of their own contract saying any items such as rotted ply wood needed to be written up on a separate invoice and then authorized by home owner. At that point their cover up was exposed. And we we’re credited for the ply wood. Very unprofessional. But then again what do you expect from a company that does fraudulent insurance claims for a living.

It was an excellent process. I had received a quote from another roofing company and Rhinoback offered me a lower price. My homeowners insurance company had denied hail damage claims and Rhinoback went above and beyond to compile a report with a number of detailed photos for the insurance company. Unfortunately, the company still denied the claim, but we went ahead and hired Rhinoback just the same. From start to finish, the workers were polite and thorough, cleaning up every day and storing supplies up neatly. They came back after the job was complete and went around the whole area around the house picking up any nails that had been left behind. I would highly recommend Rhinoback Roofing! 5 stars!

Everyone from Rhino-Back was very professional, and friendly. They represented my interests with my insurance company very well, and the job itself was completed thoroughly and quickly. There was a clerical error on the final settlement, but cleared it up within minutes of my noticing the error. We also received little thank-you gifts after the job was done! Hopefully I won't need roofing services again for years, but if I do, Rhino-Back will be the first company I call.

RhinoBack roofing was outstanding! A tree fell over and damaged my house and roof. I called RhinoBack and they immediately called me back, sending someone out the next day to assess the damage and give me a quote. What makes Rhinoback special is they dealt directly with my insurance company to ensure I was getting the proper work approved and done on my home. They actually got me three times the original amount for my repairs after their thorough analysis.. Thank You RhinoBack!. They were also the only company that looked beyond my roof for damage to ensure that everything the tree damaged was fixed!. As for the work it was quick and of outstanding quality. The finished my roof in one day, and replaced my gutters , fixed my interior walls and painted over the next 2-3 days. The roofers where great and cleaned up after themselves which was very nice. The people they have doing their interior work (painting, ceiling work, skylight) where some of the best workers I have ever seen. They were so attentive to the detail. The paint work was flawless. The ceiling repairs were spectacular... I don't right many reviews like this, but my wife and I felt that their work was so special and unique that we would need to tell others. So if you need roof and gutter work, look no further than getting Rhinoback to do it. You won't be disappointed.
