He replaced gas valve and furnace started but it did not start the next cold day. Turned out he should also have replaced the thermocouple. He came the same day when I called and was able to complete the repair at no additional charge. They stood behind their work and are a high quality firm but repair in one visit would have been better. Eric was very pleasant and professional and readily acknowledged his misjudgment."
