I came home on a warm Friday early evening from work to find that our AC was not working. After making one call to another company who serviced our unit years ago and getting their voicemail, I waited a couple of hours then contacted my friend Maggi from Tyler. She responded immediately and the technician, Jonathan had the AC up and running by 9:30 the next morning. Thank you!

Any technician that shows up to service my heat pump is always professional, have great personalities, and very customer service oriented. I have never been disappointed. Recently I had a clogged drain pipe in the system that was leaking, I called and within an hour someone was at my door. They realized the tech who came out the week before didn’t thoroughly blow the pipe out, and completed the job at no charge. You can’t go wrong with Tyler, I would recommend them to anyone!

Tyler service reps have been consistently pleasant and professional. Our unit has worked very well for several years, and I appreciate the company's reminders about scheduling maintenance visits. The scheduling is easy, and most recently with the same technician, who is now familiar with our home. Overall, I've been very satisfied.

Tyler and Patrick were our installers for our project and they were excellent. They were courteous, punctual, and very careful to clean up each day before they left. We are quite pleased overall with the system and the work they did.

The warranty was issued by “A.O. SMITH, INC. AND ITS SUPPLIERS, (herein collectively referred to as ‘Manufacturer’).” It said that “Manufacturer will furnish a new water heater.” Tyler didn’t send invoices for the 8/4-5/21 work until I emailed a request on 8/12/21. In additional to the $137.19 trip charge and $1,850.00 heater charge, there was a $0.00 charge for Tsat Elect Wh Upper. In my opinion Tyler viewed this as a profit making opportunity rather than providing service to a customer to whom it had sold a defective heater under warranty. Tyler focuses on my oral agreement to up front pay $1,850.00 and says nothing about its representation that a warranty credit check would follow. Upon receipt of a Tyler check for $783.25 I emailed a request for a statement of all charges and credits but Tyler, pre-complaint to the BBB, failed to provide one. Post-complaint to the BBB, Tyler issues a “revised” invoice which in my opinion is totally pretextual, stating a $783.25 warranty entry, $53.06 charge for repair parts, $150.00 charge for warranty processing/return trip, $800.00 charge for labor- port to port and $63.69 sales tax, all magically adding up to $l,850.00. No rational customer, if Tyler had transparently up front presented him with a $1,066.75 warranty service charge to furnish a new “$783.25” water heater, would ever have agreed to such nonsense. In my opinion, A.O. Smith and Tyler have engaged in highly questionable practices, and are not customer oriented. They have failed to stand behind the product they manufactured and sold.

First time customer and we have asthma so need this fixed promptly. Very happy with the service. AC working great now!

Nice service Very professional

Have gotten to know Tyler AC over the past few years when our previous HVAC guy retired. Techs Chris & Jeff have been knowledgeable and responsible keeping our aging system running. Jen & Cinda in the office have always been super helpful. Jeff spent time here last summer milking along our AC system in very HOT weather. We spent time a few months back with a technician deciding what our needs were when repairs to our heating system were mounting. The office helped us figure out the best way to move forward, hooked us up with a home energy audit in order to qualify for rebates, etc. We chose our new system, they ordered it and the installation date was set. They said it would take 2-3 days to compete the install. As of today, it is done. 2 1/2 days. Hot, humid, heat wave days and the 2 guys worked hard. We are presently enjoying our nice cool home while watching Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Rings.

Had a nice experience with the gentleman that visited. He was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. Despite our system working well, there was an issue with the thermostat not working properly and giving us some issues. Overall though had a good experience and would recommend using these folks.

I always trust Chris as my technician to deliver superb service re: my furnace/boiler, hot water tank, split A/C system, and dehumidifier. It's a pleasure to greet him semi-annually, since he's courteous, pleasant, and professional, and since he answers all my questions re: my heating and cooling systems. I trust this talented tech being inside my home and tuning up all these systems. Kudos to Tyler Heating & A/C for hiring Chris as its employee.
