They promised expertise, quality workmanship and emergency service. They delivered none of that. I hired JP Parks to install a $35,000.00 Heat Pump System. I had to hire another HVAC Contractor to repair their mess. Problems developed within 7 months. Took them 4 months to show up to try and fix the problem. That attempt resulted in a major system failure 4 weeks later that cost me an additional $9000.00+ to repair. Buyer Beware!

A 5 Star rating is too low for the services they provided. SUPERB customer service and exquisite workmanship. They did an excellent job in explaining about the equipments and what needed to be done. I received 3 different quotes to replace my Centeral A/C system and the reason why I picked JP Parks: the prices was reasonable and straight forward and they were extremely honest.
