"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"Jeremy came the evening of the day I called him accommodating my schedule. It wasn't even an emergency, at least I didn't think it was. I called for a cleaning but he immediately identified a problem I didn't know I had. He walked me through the diagnostic, described and demonstrated the problem, quoted the job and when I accepted it he performed the repair. When he left my boiler was working efficiently. The boiler was working but the heated water wasn't circulating through the baseboard. I was constantly burning oil with minimal effect. It had felt drafty in the house and I was relying largely on a gas fireplace to take the chill out of the air. That's no longer the case, the house is warm.
