Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Everything was easy Ryan did a great job for fair price. Will keep his phone number close by great job replacing our hot water heater on a Friday late afternoon, so we wouldn’t go all weekend with no hot water. Really nice guy.

Ryan is amazing, we’re pinching ourselves that we found this expert craftsman and model of integrity. Ryan was on time to the minute, fixed our issue in under an hour, made it clear that he is here to make recommendations and not try and upsell us, and to listen to what we want and what we’re comfortable paying for. In fact, he came well under what he initially quoted us. He is now our go-to person for all things heating, cooling, and mechanical. He is the kind of professional you rarely see these days. From first contact to cleaning up the job site when they were done, Frisco Mechanical was polite and professional and did meticulous work. Ryan took the time to answer all our questions and present us with different options. He worked with the town to make sure everything met code and worked with our contractor on placement of components of the system. Frisco Mechanical is now our go to for all things HVAC.
