"SCAM!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!they had the nerve to add the overflow and waste and they know that was not y I am unhappy and disgusted!!!! Taylor knew she wasn’t going to be able to work on my furnace and still continued to install the thermostat and then charged me and said the company and herself didn’t feel comfortable working on it because it was too old …I mean it was the same furnace she looked at to begin with …she should have known then that it was too old 429.00 for a thermostat. I did not sign the completed paperwork. I called the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back Taylor was not transparent and I didn’t appreciate that She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles. Home Depot quoted me 1550.00 with all bells and whistles with a 12 year warranty!!!! Have a great holiday A-Team"

He followed thru with financing, scheduled the install, and completed the install same day! I kid you not ... the new boiler (and all that goes with it) is absolutely beautiful !!! He followed thru to make sure all zones functioned and my basement was clean when he left! I will be calling PlumbTech (as needed) and highly recommend Ron to anyone needing exceptional service!!! "Horrible. Still working on the project. Three days in he worked a total of 6 hours. Constantly left the job for hours at a time. Never showed up when he said he would. Always I will be there in 10 minutes and an hour an a half later strolling up to have to leve again within an hour of working. Tor up the house and left a mess and the job still is not done. Extremely unhappy. I will NEVER use him again or thissite for refferences again."
