"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them."

"Furnace boiler would not start. Appointment was available the next day. Eric diagnosed faulty gas valve. Part was back ordered so took extra days. He replaced gas valve and furnace started but it did not start the next cold day. Turned out he should also have replaced the thermocouple. He came the same day when I called and was able to complete the repair at no additional charge. They stood behind their work and are a high quality firm but repair in one visit would have been better. Eric was very pleasant and professional and readily acknowledged his misjudgment."

"This was my first time using Omni Mechanical and I am very pleased in their service of my oil fired boiler. I had recently purchased my home and had very little knowledge of any prior maintenance of the boiler. Other than knowing it’s an older unit I didn’t know what to expect of the internal components when it was opened up and inspected. The techs were nice enough to let me observe as they were opening up the unit and exposed the internals. So I could see for myself what they were talking about and physically see the condition. They walked me through what they were doing every step of the way. Taking the time to explain parts they needed to change and actually showing me the condition of the older parts as they were changing them. After all work was complete. He listened to what I wanted, provided a fair quote for a central A/C replacement (air handler and condenser), and never pressured me or tried to upsell. In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. After doing my own research, I called him back with questions, and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons honestly. There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself. I ultimately chose the heat pump and appreciate that Jeremy gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. His crew was fantastic, friendly, professional, and thorough. They removed the old system and completed prep work on day one, then finished the install on day two and walked me through everything. Great communication, great pricing, great workmanship.
