He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. "Mike contacted me within minutes of my request. It was the day after the coldest day we've had and we thought we would have to wait for an appointment. I explained that we had no heat Mike told me that he could have someone over within 2-3 hours. He told me what the cost would be which was very reasonable. Joe arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. Within 2 hours our boiler was back up and running. I would highly recommend Mike and MTL and we will be using them to service our boiler for our future needs"
