He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. "John was outstanding! He meticulously diagnosed the problem and installed the equipment after tracking it down at 2 local supply houses. He kept us informed every step of the way and worked diligently until the work was completed. This is the second time we've asked Mull Bros. to perform a service at our house.
