Jeremy completely stripped off all the old cedar shingles and replaced that with cedar impression siding in the front, and straight siding elsewhere. "Leo is a great person and came by our house on a sunday to look over the job.  He got the estimate to us rather quickly.  We had to take a vacation and didn't want the work done while we were away so we had to wait a little while to get started, but that was really our fault.  
The work crew was professional and respectful of our property.  They worked very long days to get the job done.  
There were two things that I did not think were done correctly after the crew felt they were done.  I took pictures and sent them to Leo and they came right back out to fix those items.  
I think the price was reasonable (and lower than other estimates I had received).  I also felt that Leo's ideas about how to repair parts of the house were creative and great long term solutions: for our pool house he cut out the rotted wood along the bottom and replaced the very bottom with PVC siding because the bottom of the structure would likely rot again in the future.  
Will definitely call Leo again in the future.
