AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He put in a new sump pump that was of higher quality than the one we had, and we are pleased with it. The only drawback was the fact that since this happened on a Saturday, there was an additional charge that was higher than we expected, but his work was excellent."
