"I needed an emergency replacement of a hot water heater. Daniel not only came earlier than he was supposed to, he was very informative, polite, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to do the job, snd clean up. Whoever answered the phone when I called this am, squeezed in my appointment, and never did I have to speak to a machine. They texted me when he was on the way, snd showed exactly when he was supposed to. Great friendly customer service- will definitely recommend them to others and use them again! "Todd , the owner of at “First Servive LLC”was a 5 star PLUMMER !! When I called him he gave me a quote over the phone when I explained the problem and came out to our home the next day. Our hot water heater was leaking onto the floor and water was only getting warm. He found the problem fast and installed new elements / thermostats in the upper / lower panels on our 50 gallon tank .He checked our whole system and tested it. Todd cleaned up the whole area when done and we talked after in our kitchen for about half hour. He was fast, pleasant , clean , and very reasonably priced!!!
