"Rufino and his colleagues were prompt and communicated with us via text and phone effectively. They started right away opening the shipping boxes containing large furniture pieces such as a queen bed and two large dressers. They put all the waste either into trash bags or onto curb for recycling. The furniture was assembled nicely. We had to leave during the work, and Rufino texted me with images of some minor damage to the furniture that occurred during shipping. The images of the damaged box and the piece (back of dresser) were very helpful. We are happy with the work and were pleased with the professionalism."

They work started late December with a planned completion by February at the latest and they were completed by then. I was impressed that they stuck to the timeframe; and their professionalism and communication skills. Iâ ve already called on them for other asks and will continue to do so.
