"Jeremy came the evening of the day I called him accommodating my schedule. It wasn't even an emergency, at least I didn't think it was. I called for a cleaning but he immediately identified a problem I didn't know I had. He walked me through the diagnostic, described and demonstrated the problem, quoted the job and when I accepted it he performed the repair. When he left my boiler was working efficiently. The boiler was working but the heated water wasn't circulating through the baseboard. I was constantly burning oil with minimal effect. It had felt drafty in the house and I was relying largely on a gas fireplace to take the chill out of the air. That's no longer the case, the house is warm. He's coming to clean the boiler Wednesday evening. I will never hire anyone but Jeremy again to maintain my boiler."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated.
