"I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I received quotes from at least 5 vendors for a new AC and mini split install. Everything from quote to instal went perfectly. Starting with the quote - Shane came in and from start to finish provided exceptional service. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I took my time making a decision. I want to emphasize that I waited 3-4 months and even after all that time he took time to get on a call, answered every email and even if I asked the same question over and over was still happy to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The install could not have been better. Brandon, Levi and Matt we on time every day, clean and all were happy to walk me through the process. They were respectful of my home, keeping it clean, making sure everything was done properly and you could see the pride they take in their work. Aside from their craft, they all also had exceptional customer service. I continued to ask questions which they were happy to answer. I made suggestions which they considered and help me understand the pro's and cons of each decision. Then instead of leaving on a Friday afternoon they wanted to make sure I completely understood the new system taking the time to show me everything and did research when I had additional question. Above else, it was clear they wanted things done right. I mentioned pride in their work - well they have it. I also worked with Shana on the paperwork who like everyone else was helpful and took the time to make me feel as though my business was appreciated. I witnessed first hand quality at its finest with this team. Within two days from the service call they were able to replace my furnace. "Chris Scotti was the only one willing to come out on a late Sunday afternoon! My house was almost 90 degrees inside, I have few screened windows and I depend on the central air to work! Brand new A/C unit purchased 3months ago, that would not work and the company I purchased it from would not even come out to help me! Chris showed up and fixed the problem! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything!!! Over heating in a house is just as dangerous as freezing! Companies that install A/C units should have staff/technicians on stand by for emergencies!! Chris was great!!!"

"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."
