George gave me a possible low estimate and a higher one dependent on what issues he found when he opened the ceiling and when he lifted a vintage 1979 toilet. Even though I added the second ceiling repair, the changing of the light fixtures and faucet problem in a second bathroom, plus a small hole in wall, he still remarkably came in $200 under his higher estimate.
When he left the job looked perfect. That night I noticed under different lighting the ceiling looked a little uneven. I made a photo, e-mailed it to him and within an hour he was back at the house so he could see what I was seeing. He came back today and spent the whole day refinishing the ceiling until it was perfect. He is a gem of a provider, a real gentleman, and I will definitely use him again.
