"John Bensavage did an excellent job of repairing my septic system which included replacing the septic tank. To gain access to the tank they had to have five trees removed. John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. Throughout the whole process every phase of the job was performed on in a timely manner and every delivery of material arrived on site exactly when needed. John's crew was excellent as well, performing each phase efficiently and smoothly while while exercising great care to avoid damaging the adjacent structure. I enjoyed watching how smoothly they worked together. When the job was finished, they expertly restored the surrounding landscape to a condition better than it was before. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
