"Hi [Member Name Removed] , I am responding to your Angie's list review of East Coast Mechanical of Cheshire CT. Upon review of our records, we are not able to find a estimate under your name or address. Is it possible the estimate could be under a different name? Or is it possible the estimate you mentioned was from a different company? We really would like to rectify the situation. Please call me at your earliest convenience at 203-272-6676. Thanks, Mary"
