He was unable to fix the problem on the spot I think, due to a part unavailable on the weekend. They sent somebody back on Monday and fixed the problem while I was at work. When I got the invoice, there was no additional charge for the second visit and it ended up costing me just for the one service call. This was the first time I used Onofrio for my heating. Last April they put a new central air conditioning unit in my home. I was impressed with their attention to detail and service, so called them to handle this problem, and I will be using them for everything going forward."

It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."
