"Extremely professional and knowledgeable service. Colby and Eli came out for an estimate on Tuesday and came back Friday for service. We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned. They individually cleaned 24 vents and treated the system in just a little over 3 hours. They talked us through the whole process and showed plenty of before and after pictures. "I called first thing in the morning on June 30th, as I had been without hot water since the previous Friday night. (Good thing it wasn't winter!) They not only came out within an hour, they secured a new unit and installed it the same day! That included emptying the old unit, removing it and installing the new one. The job was done by mid-afternoon.
They gave me a quote over the phone, and billed me the same amount. I was very pleased.
Last summer they installed a new central air unit for me, did a great job then as well. I just hope the furnace isn't going to go next! But if it does, I will know who to call.
