"Joe was great. I had an appointment set up for the very next day to do a patch repair on our carpet. He was 15 minutes behind, but called me ahead of time to let me know so I had no problem with that. The carpet looks amazing and he spent some time walking us through what he was doing. "These guys need to be your go-to for carpet repairs! I spoke with Mike over the phone and he helped me get scheduled for a carpet repair.
