"Joe was great. I had an appointment set up for the very next day to do a patch repair on our carpet. He was 15 minutes behind, but called me ahead of time to let me know so I had no problem with that. The carpet looks amazing and he spent some time walking us through what he was doing. He even did a couple of smaller patch repairs for us. Thanks Joe!"

"These guys need to be your go-to for carpet repairs! I spoke with Mike over the phone and he helped me get scheduled for a carpet repair. I needed it done within two weeks but he was somehow able to get me in before the end of the day. Alberto, the carpet technician, came over and repaired my carpet in what seemed like record breaking time and did a PHENOMENAL job!
