Chris and his team did a great job for my wife and I. Very punctual and timely. We needed piping replaced under our crawl space and other areas of the house that were lead and galvinzed steel. We also wanted to convert our house to the on demand "tankless" water heater.

Perfectly! I supplied two of the parts needed. While John was going to be installing the filler, I had him replace the flapper too. He suggested that I replace a metal hose which showed some signs of corrosion. With theses new parts, my toilet is like new!

Colby provided excellent service, on time and as requested. Colby completed the finish plumbing after a disagreement with the rough-in plumber over completion cost. We changed from a conventional to in-line water heater and Colby returned the unused water heater for a credit. They also plumbed in a recirculating hot water system, so now our hot water is instantaneous! Robert was super knowledgeable and all followups were punctual and efficient.

Andy was exceptionally responsive and professional. I needed the work completed ASAP for a home inspection and Andy was able to get the work done the same day, and the price was very reasonable. I would hire Colby Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

We were delighted with John Carroll, Colby's plumber representative. He was courteous, mindful of our cats, and explained everything he was doing. He also offered advice on buying the replacement parts. (We've had plumbers gouge us on those before.) His estimate was far lower than we probably would have gotten from some other plumbers whom we've had the misfortune to use previously (one charged $350 just to fix a plunger mechanism), and the work was done timely and for slightly below the estimate. He was a bit late to the second appointment, but not for lack of trying. He had an emergency in an apartment complex, and tried calling us multiple times. Our phone didn't register it until later. We will definitely use John Carroll and Colby again, and refer friends who need a reliable plumber who prices fairly.

Another plumbing company came out, quoted double the price, and left us high and dry. John from Colby solved the issue in one day and for half the price.
