We are a growing family business, currently employing five family members. We have 15 years’ experience providing residential and commercial cleaning services in the Denver area. We started in 1998 as "Expert Glass Cleaning," and have recently reorganized to focus on our carpet cleaning services. Because we want to be personally available to you at all times, we do not use sub-contractors. We want all your experiences with us to be positive and satisfying, so we give every customer our Five-Star Guarantee: 1. Our dual cleaning process produces amazing results that you will love. Sometimes a spot just won’t give up, but neither do we. If a spot returns within 10 days of our cleaning, just call and we will come treat it.* 2. When our service is completed, we will leave a free bottle of spot remover to prepare you for those unavoidable spots and spills that occur immediately after a carpet is cleaned. Within the first 30 days of our cleaning, if you are unable to remove any new spots using your spot remover, just call and we will return and clean it at no cost to you.* 3. We offer a unique warranty to our customers. With the purchase of Scotchgard® application you will receive, at no cost to you, a warranty document from Scotchgard® for the protected areas of your carpet. This warranty protects you for one full year after our carpet cleaning. If your free spotter will not remove any new spots or spills, simply call us and we will come treat the area free of charge. No service charge, no fees, just clean carpet. 4. You will be 100% satisfied with our service. From the first contact to the last, we will be prompt, friendly, and reasonable. We have an on-going educational program to keep abreast of the latest in cleaning supplies and technology, and our goal is to give you the most efficient, effective cleaning possible. 5. You will never have a scary encounter. Every time you call, a smiling, courteous, uniformed IICRC-licensed cleaning technician will arrive on time, and treat you, your family, and your home with respect. *For pet spots, the area will be inspected to check for re-soiling, because pets are notorious for failing to report such incidents. New pet spots are not covered under this warranty, as they require extensive treatment for effective removal. We will perform a full inspection prior to each cleaning and discuss your service options. Then we will provide you a written proposal detailing the services you have selected and the cost. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Payment is due when the cleaning is complete.

"Bathroom completely remodeled in 2018. Started off ok, but ended up with a poor quality remodel that essentially needs to be gutted not even 3 years later. Owner was present and keeping track of the project at first, but it seemed like he had moved on to other projects before long, opting to take various shortcuts, and use unskilled staff to speed it along, despite the fact that the bathroom was not yet completed. First big issue, the mosaic floor tile installation was extremely sloppy. The tile floor was never completely level after install, was never adequately supported, and has since developed a variety of pretty substantial waves and lips along the surface of the floor, especially over the last year as more and more grout joints have failed. The floor tile along the wall was cut VERY unevenly, leaving me with jagged and uneven grout lines as much as an inch (wide) out from the wall in some places. The perimeter of the floor was grouted to the wall tile, and all of those joints have failed. The wall tile was fine at first, but grout started crumbling from the joints roughly a year after installation. Much of the tile work on the walls was completed by an employee who was just learning at the time, was left unsupervised by the owner, and made a number of mistakes as a result. Some of the mistakes were mitigated at the time at my request to another worker, but all of them are still visible, and the tile pattern has never been correct. At the time, I had mistakenly thought the tile issues were just cosmetic issues, but that was obviously a mistake given the generally failing condition of the tile installation throughout the bathroom. In hindsight I should have withheld payment until it was fixed correctly. Earlier this year I had hired them to do some things for me as part of a larger kitchen remodel. I had discussed the things I needed with the owner, and detailed the timeline I was on regarding these items. The owner indicated this would be no problem, suspiciously eager to start the first chunk of work (demo, minor drywall repair). Unfortunately, when it came time for the second chunk of work, the owner had booked himself to do something else, leaving me in a position where I had to scramble to find someone else at the last minute despite having discussed and agreed to the timeline on more than one occasion previously. In my experience, they will generally show up on time, and be done on time, but the owner kind of beats to his own drum otherwise, and the resulting final product suffers. Unless you are willing to babysit and micromanage each little piece of the project to ensure it is being done correctly, I might suggest choosing a remodeler that isn't willing to cut so many corners at the client's ultimate expense. Definitely hire an actual tile contractor instead for any real tile work."
