Due to snow storm the work is actually being done tomorrow, 3/16/2024. However, they were the first plumbing company who came to my house because I hear water running and had to find it! That alone was awesome. That is why I'm having them fix that line.

PureWater Pluming gave me a very fair deal on a system without lying about the need to have a salt flush to get rid of high calcium and magnesium which anyone who ever took chemistry would know is a needed part of the process. Just lookat your periodic table. Other were 2x as costly and didn't have a process to remove calcium from their system.

This fella is a straight shooter & tells you everything that you need to know about the job that you hire him to do I highly recommend Pure Water for anything you need done, Lanney did my work I may have his name wrong I gave his card to my neighbor & she hired them on the spot!

I was thankful that pure water was responsive and quick to help us get our water heater replaced. They laid down mats to avoid getting our carpets dirty, and made us feel comfortable with them being in our home. Our new water heater definitely works, though it does take a long time to heat up and reach certain areas of our home, which is why I gave a lower value rating. However, the price we got for a 40 gallon water heater with a 10 year warranty was the best we were quoted and one of the reasons we went with them.

These expensive scary repairs in older homes can be a nightmare, but Alan walked me through the problem, I watched the camera go through the broken sewer line. Of course these things always happen around a holiday or special event . The crew was out here first thing the day after Christmas and finished in two days. Highly recommend you call them.

Patrick and Lanney were both extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and direct with communication. We had both tankless water heater and water softener systems installed. So far a few days in we are extremely happy with both. They also took time to work seamlessly with other contractors as part of a larger project. Definitely recommend them.
