I had Rigdon clean my windows and they did a fabulous job! I have used Rigdon to clean my windows (more than once), clean my gutters, install gutter guards, and put up my Christmas lights. I have been happy with everything. They are professional, polite, and always show up on time. The customer service is top-notch!

Rigdon Inc Kansas City have cleaned my windows for the past 2 years. They have always been prompt, courteous and efficient. My windows always look amazing when finished. Rigdon went above and beyond this past week. I had a cleaning scheduled for Friday, in preparation for an event in my home on Saturday afternoon. I received a call Friday morning explaining they would need to reschedule due to a staffing issue. My first thought was panic because my windows were so dusty and dirty. Immediately the scheduler offered to send a technician on Saturday morning as she noticed a note in my file referring to the Saturday event. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and did a superior job. I highly recommend Rigdon for window cleaning- and will continue to use them for future cleaning.

Rigdon routinely offers specials on window cleaning. When this occurs we always purchase the 20 window package. Our last technician, Alex, was on time, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, Alex was on the ladder not me! We will be looking for the next special offering.

Excellent!! Rigdon has cleaned our gutters a couple times in 2020 as we have tall trees that put leaves on the roof. They cleaned the gutters and made sure that the downspouts were all clear. They did an outstanding job removing the leaves and debris. Their staff is courteous, easy to work with and professional. We have hired them the last several years to do gutter cleaning and will hire them again next year.
