Can't say enough wonderful things about these folks. My carpet is really, really, old and bad and bare in spots and just nasty. But, I'm not up to replacing it right now - too much hassle. They do a really excellent job every time getting it as good as it can get. They work really hard, communicate well, are very professional and informative. They are very reasonably priced. They go above and beyond. They have been here three times now and will be my only go-to carpet cleaners until I am up to getting hard wood floors in here :)

Very thorough job on the sofa! Underside of cushions and sides of each section cleaned and vacuumed. Lots of dog hair and grime from dogs rubbing against edge of couch all gone. Area rug was severely stained so they referred me to an area rug specialist in Denver instead. Appreciate the honesty of the limitations of Elite's services that they did not try to do something that wouldn't turn out well

The team at Elite was very professional, organized, on time, and great communicators. They worked very efficiently, did a great job, and were very respectful of our time and space. I would definitely hire them again.

They were wonderful. I thought they were more expensive then other people I have used but the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I remember they wore shoe wrappers. It was a gentleman and his wife. They were extremely polite. They were able to get the pet spots out. I really like the company but they are more expensive. After I called I only had to wait a few days for them to come out. They were on time. Very professional.

Excellent! Elite Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. Owner Jeff has excellent communication skills. Carpet was picked up with a few days and return in brand new condition 7 days later. I would recommend them to do any carpet cleaning in the future.

Meticulous, Profession, Reliable is their mission statement and they are true to that statement. They repaired the carpet, moved all the big furniture and applied scotch guard. They are a family business and treated my home as if it were their own. They took the time needed and produced a quality outcome. I found them on Angie's list based upon their performance rating and they performed accordingly. They stretched carpet that had begun to "bunch up" and did an expert job. They are a great service and so nice to work with!

Greatest service! On time and confirmed the appointment via text the night before! They were neat, detailed, confirmed that I was satisfied with work. Price was very fair for 2 men x 3 hours work. I'll be getting a quote from them to have my entire house cleaned by end of 2014!

It went great! My family bought a house, we were ready to move in but discovered that when all the air freshener scent was gone the house had a terrible odor. The previous owner had dogs, and was a smoker. There was also an old water leak in the basement that had leaked into some of the finished area. The area had been wet for a long time and under the carpet it was very moldy. I wanted the house cleaned before we moved in so I called Elite and they came out. They inspected the carpet and showed me, with the use of a light that reflects urine crystals, that there were a lot of pet stains in the carpet. We have small children and want to feel good about them playing on the floor in the house. It was obvious that the carpet was very dirty and the main source of the foul odor. They also showed me some of the carpet pad, the urine had not penetrated to the pad so they said that did not need to be replaced. Jeff and Troy then went to work, they started upstairs in the bedrooms. They cleaned all the pet spots, re-stretched the carpet in one of the bedrooms, it looked terrible before they fixed it, and did a few small repairs. After they cleaned it I was shocked to discover that my new home actually has white carpet, not beige. Next they did the basement. My husband repaired the leaking pipe, then Elite cleaned up the mess the leak had left behind. They removed the moldy tack strip and carpet pad. Then they sprayed all the mold with a disinfectant to kill the mold. They did this from the source of the leak, which was near the ceiling, down to the floor. They let it dry out, then they put in new tack strip and carpet pad, and re-stretched the carpet. When that was finished they treated the pet spots and cleaned the carpet. That carpet is actually white too! It looks great, and it is soft. Best of all the foul odor of urine is all gone. I had them scotch-guard too, I want the carpet to stay white.The former owner was also a smoker, we are non-smokers and do not like the odor the smoke left behind. We washed the walls but the smell of smoke persisted. We have popcorn ceilings so we can't wash those. I spoke with Jeff of Elite again. He suggested thermo fogging. He explained that the fog is tiny particles the same size as the cigarette smoke, it will penetrate the same places the smoke did and neutralize the odor. I had them fog the ceilings. It worked, now my house doesn't need an air freshener to smell good. The odors of smoke and urine are all gone. They did a great job, I will definitely use them again.

Several months ago I contacted Elite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration for carpet cleaning (and some repair work) when it seemed that my bathroom/bedroom remodel was nearing an end. Unfortunately, the contractor disappeared leaving work unfinished which meant several weeks of searching before I found the right person to finish the job. The original contractor put down an adhesive carpet cover to protect the heavy foot traffic areas; from the time it was first put down to today when it was removed [by Elite Carpet] was well over 6 months. I felt certain the carpet would be in less than good condition from having the adhesive cover walked on over & over and the adhesive being pushed into the carpet fibers each time. When Jeff came over to give me an estimate I told him I was afraid to pull up the plastic for fear of really damaging the carpet, and he assured me he would take care of removing it. I also had a few holes in my carpet from my cat, and Jeff explained he would be able to bond those holes very easily (I just happened to have extra carpet for him to use for that purpose, but an extra piece of carpet is not needed according to the website). 

I can honestly say there are no words to express my appreciation for job VERY WELL done. Not only is the carpet spotless, it looks better than it ever has! The areas which were under the adhesive carpet cover are like brand new, and the holes were all repaired to the point where I cannot see a beginning or an end of the bonded carpet. The few pieces of furniture I had pushed to one side in order to give them more room to clean in various rooms were put up on little square risers so the feet of the furniture would not come in contact with the cleaning agents. Additionally, they left a bottle of spot & stain remover (another nice surprise). Jeff & his son arrived right on time after having sent me a text letting me know they were en route and a similar text when the work was completed. 

Jeff is, without a doubt, one of the most professional people I have ever encountered. His polite and positive phone greeting, his consideration for the customer's time / schedule, his punctuality (for both the initial visit to give me a quote and today's appointment), and the absolute neatness and cleanliness of his work all seem to barely begin to describe what a pleasure it was to work with Elite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. If you are in need of carpet cleaning and/or carpet repair as I was, then I would wholeheartedly suggest you look no further than Elite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. I will positively use this company again for as long as I have carpet. Thank you!!

The repair went fantastic.  The associates were in constant contact with us until the date of service.  The called the day of service and requested an earlier time.  The repair took about 45 minutes and they were quiet, thorough, clean, respectful, and accommodating.  Upon leaving, they made sure the area was clean and the repair was satisfactory.  I would highly recommend and trust this company and the team of associates they have working for them.  Job Well Done.

These two workers were absolutely wonderful. Moved furniture, put it all back when done. Vacuumed after they were done, and the carpet looked like new even though they only stretched out the lumps.

Elite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration was able to re-stretch my carpet and also did a super job re-attaching it.  This was after I had pulled up a lot of the carpet for concrete repair.  I honestly had no idea what to expect, but was extremely happy with the results.  I'm happy to recommend  Elite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and plan on using them again as needed.
