Great as usual

Liberty did a superb job. Our carpeting is nearly 25 years old and was quite stained. They removed nearly all of the stains (even ones that other carpet cleaning companies have failed to remove in the past). The carpet looked almost new after they were finished.

I found Liberty on Angie's list two years ago. They have been here 3 times and I'm very satisfied each time. This time there was also a minor repair and this was conducted to my satisfaction. They get out water and food stains and wear and tear very well. I have no pet stains or odors so can't speak to that. Try them - they have treated my carpet expertly and they are congenial and polite, professional!

Overall, it went well. What I really remembered was that the carpets stayed for so long. They did a good job in cleaning. The cleaning was good. It was just we couldn't use them quote a while because the carpet was so wet. They made the appointment right away. They were very easy to work with and on time. The only thing was it took so long to dry.

Carpet  and couch were not cleaned thoroughly, did not smell clean after completed.  Person who cleaned was on his cell phone many times during the work.

Extremely pleased with the service, knowledge and attention to detail. Over the years, we've tried most of the local carpet cleaners with mixed results - none that we would rave about. This is the second time that we've used Liberty and both experiences have been excellent. Lou, the person who cleaned our carpet both times, was very knowledgeable about carpet and problems that can be encountered. Our carpet has issues that make it difficult to clean. Not because of their work, but due to the nature of our carpet, they had to come out again to deal with some problems. Other companies would probably just say that it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do about it. Liberty (and Lou) made sure that the job was done right, called to follow up and he even stopped by on his day off to check once more. Liberty may be a small company, but they represent real old-fashioned commitment to quality and customer service. On top of it all, their rates are among the most competitive. If you have carpet to be cleaned, I encourage you to call Liberty. Ask to have Lou do the job.

They were prompt and courteous. I was very pleased with their service and pricing. Look forward to using them again in the future!

Guys were prompt and appeared to work quickly. They offered to put down some extra protection on the pet stains, and I agreed, but it ended up costing $20 cash (not invoiced) and all it was was something that they sprayed over the area with a plastic spray bottle. I don't think that part of it was on the up and up. Also, once the carpet was dry and we checked out the job, it turned out that they didn't move any furniture too clean underneath. I think we got scammed a bit!

This is the 4th time I've used Liberty for cleaning the carpets after tenants have moved out of a rental. This time the carpet was not too bad (but it has been in the past). Liberty ALWAYS shows up on time and cleans and deodorizes the carpet very well. They are now my go to company to clean my rentals' carpets.

Called several companies for a short notice same day cleaning. Two were available Liberty offered the best price. Made the appointment and Liberty showed up on time. They did an excellent job. I'd use them again.

I had to call the company, they did not contact me as stated when I purchased the service. Owner (I think) acted surprised that I thought he'd contact me. Angie's List, you may want to make sure that your companies know the expectations. Appt. was scheduled for 10:30. They called and told me they were running late and it would be noon. Then I received another call saying it would be 1:00. It's a good thing I hadn't planned anything for the day because I was waiting 1/2 day for them.The cleaning job was average if not verging on poor. It took very little time and the work showed it. I don't think much time and effort was given to really try to and quot;cleanand quot; the and quot;linesand quot; from where the furniture was or wasn't. When I asked the cleaner about it, he didn't seem to care. Stated he'd gone and quot;over and overand quot; it, like and quot;14and quot; times. He was there just over an hour, so that effort would not have been possible. Would not recommend. Picked them based upon 4 star rating. Don't know where that came from.

Liberty cleaned and revitalized the cream-colored carpets in a rental home Iand acirc;€™m putting up for sale. The carpet was just trashed and acirc;€“there were more than 75 stains of every color throughout the house, on stairs, in closets and in every room, plus, there was a horrible asphalt-grey traffic pattern throughout. I made calls to numerous companies, trying to find the right combination of price and timeliness. Rich at Liberty was very responsive and willing to work this job around his current schedule to address my immediate timeline for listing the home. The work was amazing. Liberty took extra time on each stain, as well as the high-traffic areas and left the carpet looking new. The fee and the service were excellent.
