Luis was extremely helpful and guided us through the entire bathroom remodeling process. The work was on time, within budget and excellent quality.

ML Flooring did a great job installing my LVP flooring. They removed all the carpet, carpet pad and tack strips. They made sure to fix the creaking floorboards. Luis is very good at explaining what needed to be done and answered all my questions about the installation. They removed the base boards and reinstalled them without any issues. They cleaned up everything each day and I was able to move around inside my house. I would highly recommend ML Flooring for installation of flooring.

Look no further. This family owned, father/son team assessed our 75 year old floors, made recommendations, prepped and layed LVP with no transitions at 2 large doorways, 1 closet and the bathroom. Incredible. They communicated with us daily, showed up on time, and cleaned up each day. I agree with other reviews that Luis is a master craftsman. They even rebuilt our fireplace and added tile. Would highly recommend! They came in a timely fashion, did exactly what we asked and how we wanted to tile, and were extremely clean. You couldn’t even tell they were at our home except for the fact we had tile on the wall.

They installed a large run of vinyl with minimal seams and a lot of nook cuts. Excellent result. Will use them for additional projects. Craftsman for sure.

They gave me two options for installation times . They met the earlier option, kept me informed of their schedule, showed up at the date and time they said, and completed the job before schedule. Very friendly, professional and, I was extremely satisfied with their work.

I hired them for a basement remodel. They did the ceramic tile, drywall texturing and repair, painting and carpet as well as installing new 2x4 studs where needed. They also machined and hung the doors and did the door trim and wood base. They did an excellent job and their price was reasonable. I would always highly recommend them.

My wife and I were coming out of a whole-house renovation project that spanned more than a year. We were tired, wanted to get back to a normal life but needed to complete a few more work items around the house that involved the installation of stacked stone, resurfacing the existing brick fireplace, adding a little "something something" to a dining room accent wall and resurfacing the front cement steps. Additionally, they demonstrated schedule flexibility when I encountered supply sourcing issues, which were my self-designated responsibility to fix. * Quality -- The finished work is outstanding and truly adds value to our home. I highly recommend this contractor for all of your tile installation and repair projects, having developed great confidence in the firm's abilities and counsel.

Luis and son Omar did excellent work and did all the remodel. As a single older man, they saved me from looking for other contractors for my kitchen and bathroom. They were flexible and on time when they did all the floors, some carpet, remodel on my bathroom which was excellent and my favorite as well as installed the kitchen cabinets, painted walls and helped move everything back in place.
